They finely did it.
It seemed to have taken forever, but
it only took 2 months from the vote, give or take a day or so, and they
formed a coalition.
Netanyahu has a third term – almost unheard of. He is intending to keep this one to its completion – a goal of a believer. With the new opposition that compose of orthodox Jews and extreme leftists who want two states solutions, they will nip at his heels from the get go. But then, he is in for the third term, by the people choice and God’s appointment, he probably will make it through.
The coalition is like no other I've ever seen. No SHAS, the orthodox party in the Knesset , instead there are new upcoming men that never been here before. Lapid represents population of the old Zionists who started this country while Benet represents the Settlers of Judea and Samaria. I am sure both have more behind them in population and ideas, but these seem to be their main thrusts at this point.
I read every word in the newspapers
yesterday. Every sentence that was written about the 21 ministers which took
positions, the 8 deputies and the 5 extras. I trust this group. I feel
confident yet sad. I am sad for I see difficult and, at
times, impossible tasks ahead of them. But I am confident that they
will be covered with prayers of support and love from around the world.
Knowing that so many are praying for the peace of Jerusalem, for the covering protection over Israel, for the wisdom of the new Israeli government, I am positive that these prayers will be answered and that this group will do what it says it intended to do. I am sure that they will keep in the direction that is good for Israel, the Israelis and the Jews abroad. Zionism is high in this new coalition and so is the Biblical Jewish belief that the land belongs to the 12 sons of Israel.
God placed these men and women as our leaders, hearing the call of His people yet again , and just at the right season, in Passover.
May He blessed the new elected government, their families and all of Israel with all of His goodness, His love and His salvation.
And may you, our reader, partner,
friend be blessed mightily by Him as well.
Chag Sameach – Happy Passover
