Our lives in Israel are full of people; they come from all corners of
this round globe we live on….
Isn't it funny? This round globe
called earth has corners. Ha, and the
people who comes to Israel are just as diverse as that expression.
We are getting connected to many here on the "friendship
scale". Some closer than others,
but all friendly faces and friendly encounters; all ages. Today, I briefly spoke to ta neighbour who smoked
Nargila "just for the fun of it" in the bomb shelter - Israeli born,
parents from Morocco; this afternoon we
hugged a good friend in Haifa - came from Moldavia; last couple of days we
traveled the north with close-to-our-hearts Americans; In the beginning of the
week we volunteered with Israeli-born, and some who arrived here from somewhere
at various ages… we get calls from Canada, emails from the 5 continents, and
news from everywhere.
And the best part, I live 24 hours with my Best Friend…
303rd Day of Praise -
I thank you God for the privilege to be a part of a "friendship
scale" where people associate with and care for one another on the various
levels of human interaction. It is fun!
Making friends,
Orith
