Christmas Eve: we celebrate Yeshua's birth daily, as we believe in Him to be our Messiah and our Lord. But there is Joy in our hearts when the world remembers the birth of this very special Jewish babe.
I was introduced to Christmas in Canada and like most holidays, I love this one as well.
We found some baking that you eat only on this holiday; there is no tree; we gave no one presents since all of our giving had been to our soldiers in one way or another; and even among the Arab Christians, there is no public celebration that we know of this year.
But the spirit of Christmas is here and my sons called their weekly phone calls and cheered me up.
It is good to hear from family – always.
