Experience:
I've been praying about THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS –South Africa accused Israel on Thursday of subjecting Palestinians to genocidal acts at the opening of hearings at the top UN court on a case brought against the Israeli operation in Gaza. (quoted from today's Jerusalem Post)
(Job 19:13-14)“He has removed my brothers far from me, And my acquaintances are completely estranged from me. My relatives have failed, And my close friends have forgotten me.”
Questioning:
I don't understand how that international court even entertains that above notion when in fact Israel is fighting genocide by terrorists from the various Middle East countries around it, when Hamas recently killed, maimed, burned, mutilated, and raped Israeli citizens in their own homes.
(Job
21:7) Why do the wicked live and become old,
Yes,
become mighty in power?
Was that a desperate act of the UN to cover its own atrocities in Gaza using its humanitarian facilities to back up the terrorist activities? Or was it an attempt to divert Israel's attention from self-protection so it would lose the war? Or maybe both?
Willie Cunningham writes this morning in his Daily Manna: “The life of Yeshua demonstrates to us a life of holiness, separated unto God. We are called to imitate Yeshua, to live a life that reflects God's presence. Therefore, we are called to a life of holiness; ...To walk in the Nature and Character of God, we must separate ourselves from everything that would pollute us and replace it with the fear of the Lord. Holy Living is possible only when we yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit. ...”
Is that why the Jewish people are suffering all this time? Is that part of the separation from God?
So many questions. It seems to me that there is only one conclusion:
(Job
19:25) For I know that my Redeemer
lives,
And He shall stand at last on
the earth.
