We've been walking daily since we arrived in Israel. In the beginning, I walked very slowly for
very short walks. As time passed, I was
able to increase the speed of the walk and the length of its time. I walk now
about an hour a day or more.
When we arrived in Israel I had such pain in my feet and legs that
I was not able to climb more than one stair at a time. Stepping on the high
stair of the bus required help and there were times that I simply could not
make it onto the bus at all. I now walk
64 stairs up and down to get to our apartment.
God promises healing for the Jews who come back to Israel and live
here. He kept His promise for both Willie and me.
Fourteenth Day, 2014 - Thank you God for the ability to walk,
thank You for giving me my legs back - my feet are shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.
Stepping out and claiming my inheritance,
Orith
