The silliest things make us laugh lately.
We set with friends under a beautiful
gazebo with many trees and flowers around us. A dog, more like a small horse,
came to the table. He put his head on Willie's chest and hummed as if he wanted
to be petted. Not a clean dog - I could smell him from the other side of the
round table.
Willie told him to leave. He stayed.
Again, Willie commanded him to leave. He stayed. So he commanded him in Hebrew,
"Lech" meaning 'go' - the dog made a you-turn and disappeared. We are
still laughing. The dog understood only Hebrew…
Today, on Face Book, a friend put a
picture of her cat sprawling on a bench outside. The caption was, "still
not recovered from Passover". Apparently, 4 glasses of wine and lots of
Gefilte Fish later, the poor cat was just too full.
Our bilingual cat slept during the
Seder…
Willie just roared, so funny.
107th Day of Thanks
Thank you God for the gift of laughter, it
brings health to the bones…
Feeling Happy,
Orith
