Dream Followers

"Daaaviiid Melech Israel" - David King of Israel - rings out a song from the synagogue at the back of our building.

Our people are waiting for the Messiah, the son of King David, and they are singing that he is alive and well; a happy song, full of hope and dreams.

Israeli is built on hopes and dreams.  Our people are strong dreamers full of hopes.  It seems to be one of the things that does not change about us over centuries of pogroms, persecutions, hardships and wars… we hope and we dream.

My husband fits in this environment like a hand in a glove.  He wrote lately, "Moving forward to follow one's dream is not a walk of stability but of change".  How right he is.

334th Day of Praise -

I thank you God for the dreamers, the hopeful, and the believers who look forward regardless of past pain.  I thank you God for dreams that hope for a better future.  I thank you God for change.

Anticipating a new week,

Orith
