The Rainbow

Full Rainbow
Willie saw a full rainbow after the storm.  What a delight.

There is always a rainbow after a storm.  There is a joy after mourning.  There is morning after night.  There is a day of feast after a fast.  We learn to accept it.  What we find it hard is to remember it while the darkness takes over and the sorrow reigns.

At day break today, 2 men burst into a full synagogue during prayers in Jerusalem, slaughtered 4, and wounded 12.  They were shot by the police, but the killing occurred.

No one remembered the rainbow.  No one thought that there will be joy in heaven when the four who died while praying will be received lovingly to the presence of God.  We are still in mourning over that senseless destruction of lives.

I pray that their families will be comforted and will never know sorrow again.

322nd Day of Praise -

I thank you God for hope.  Hope of salvation, hope of life after death, hope of eternity; I thank you God for the rainbows.

Mourning still,

Orith
