THURSDAY. 286 days Swords of Iron War.

Nahariya, Israel.

Slept well. It has been quiet in our part of the woods.

Healthy Chocolate Icecream
This morning the news informed us that we will have 2-3 days of quiet time in the North. Reason – the Muslims in Lebanon have a few days of Holidays. The Israeli leadership is respectful and agreed to let the Lebanese celebrate their Holy Time.

I don't know which holiday or which Muslim. But it is good that the soldiers and the citizens in the North of Israel have a breathing break.

I took the time today to catch up on some housework and correspondence. By the early evening, Willie helped me to make the second video. I made healthy ice cream, for the first time ever, and it sits in the freezer now. (video on Instagram and Facebook, I don't know how to add it here).

By 5pm the booming started. We don't trust anyone out there – just propaganda. Not sure who reported that item – the media lies.

On another topic – many prayers are going up for unity for the leadership, so we can face the enemies as one unit with one direction.

(Matthew 12:25) But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them:“Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand”.

Language is the base and the center of a culture. While Hebrew is a renewed and recovered first language of Israel, it is now in its 4th generation of modern time and it is contaminated with other languages more than ever. It had been my pet peeve since we returned to Israel and I found it hard to adjust to this new speak.

As long as we are talking in many other languages and not relating to each other in Hebrew, the cultural base is too diverse and the unity will be further away from the government and from the believers.

(Psalm133:1-3)

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brethren to dwell together in unity!

It is like the precious oil upon the head,
Running down on the beard,
The beard of Aaron,
Running down on the edge of his garments.
It is like the dew of Hermon,
Descending upon the mountains of Zion;
For there the Lord commanded the blessing—
Life forevermore.
