Saturday - Day 29 of the war 04.11.2023
Shabbat.
When the sun hit the windows, I realized that I hardly slept the night. When I did sleep, I dreamt that Willie and I were fighting terrorists who tried to take diamond-filled iron boxes from our neighbourhood.
The rest of the time I was praying.
Names of places in Israel or names of people popped into my head and I prayed for them. Dozing off frequently, I kept praying. The last prayer was for Givat Shaul. I asked Willie where was Givat Shaul, “Jerusalem” he answered. “there is a horrible fight there,” I said, before both of us dozed off again.
I read later that Givat Shaul was established in 1910 by Yemenite Jews and it is located in the western side of the city. I don't know why it was fought over so hard by the heavenly beings in my dream, but I know that I had to pray for the Hosts of God an encouragement to continue and win the fight.
As I turned the phone on for the day, I read the global warning of my government to Jews traveling everywhere. We're not over the shock of the Hamas terrorists, and this announcement re-shocked me.
JUST
IN: Israel is issuing an urgent global travel warning for ALL
citizens traveling ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
Rethink if foreign
travel is really necessary. If you have to go, avoid displaying
outward signs of your Israeli or Jewish identity.
Does that mean that Aliyah will increase? Or people will be afraid to travel anywhere?
Is that a global attempt to control people, like governments did during Covid?
If governments around the world have embassies in Israel, why can they not control their own people regarding this antisemitism uprising?

God, would we ever stop weeping?
The explosions started again (10:30) on the border with Lebanon.
