The Israeli government approves the appointment of a new foreign minister Israel Katz. In his speech, he said we are in WW3. So it's official.
The above is official as much as Nahariya is the new border since all the settlements north of us are evacuated.
When the war will be over, we'll know the real deal.
Meanwhile, we are at day 90! that is a very long time for our young people to be fighting and for the hostages to be underground. We continue to pray for an end to this craziness.
We heard the sounds of fire exchanges this morning during our early prayer time. It didn't last long and we were shortly after on the bus to our volunteering post. It felt stressful today in there, and there are many new faces on staff. Changes are all around us.
I read that the second in command in the army was down in Gaza fighting alongside the soldiers' units. I knew that our IDF unit commanders were always in front of their units, but I did not expect the deputy chief of staff to fight with them. They said that now when they get their orders they trust that they are based on his personal experience and that is comforting to know. No army on earth is like the IDF. The civilians are totally trusting the fighters and behind the army 100%.
The rain came on Tuesday for a short while and it is great weather again. Since it is better for our fighting soldiers, we're thanking God for the gift of sunshine.
